Cloud Engineer III, Falcon Exposure Management (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Design and build a new Falcon Exposure Management product from the ground up.
• Make foundational architecture and technology decisions for high-throughput distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Build agentic capabilities that reason over real data, invoke tools, and produce explainable results.
• Move AI capabilities from prototype to production while owning latency, cost, correctness, and evaluation.
• Design safety guardrails and policies for autonomous reasoning in enterprise environments.
• Set engineering standards for quality, testing, observability, and incremental delivery while supporting other engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience building and maintaining systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java, with experience in distributed systems, concurrency, partitioning, backpressure, and failure handling.
• Experience shipping LLM-backed systems to production and owning their reliability, cost, and correctness.
• Practical experience designing or operating agentic loops that invoke tools and act on real data.
• Experience with structured outputs, schema validation, retries, self-checks, graceful fallbacks, and non-deterministic systems.
• Hands-on experience with frontier-model SDKs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, AI-assisted development tools, and applying AI to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
