Fullstack Developer

Location: Ciudad de México, Mexico; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Assign and modify applications from the organization’s portfolio according to business requirements.
• Receive and manage application change requests from users.
• Work with Project Managers and Business Managers to review incident requests.
• Attend issue-status meetings and deliver changes within established timelines.
• Modify code to create requested solutions and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar positions, consulting, or freelance work.
• Experience with Java, Spring, MongoDB, C#, and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and geographies.
• Strong communication, presentation, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.
