Developer Fullstack (Java)

Location: Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 505, Torre Mayor, 06500 Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Assign and modify applications from the organization’s portfolio according to business requirements.
• Receive and manage application changes requested by users.
• Work with Project Managers and Business Managers to review incident requests.
• Attend issue-status meetings and meet established timelines.
• Modify code to create requested solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar positions, or as a consultant or freelancer.
• Experience with Java Spring build stacks and applications, MongoDB for web and desktop applications, C Sharp, and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to work independently and apply judgment to plan and execute tasks.
• Ability to work in teams across multiple projects and geographies.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Adaptability to change.
