Software Engineer II (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid in CDMX, Mexico City; candidates should be within commutable distance of hirify.global’s Mexico office and attend once or twice per week. Remote candidates outside commuting distance may be considered case-by-case with occasional office travel.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, cross-functional teams, and business partners to develop solutions for hirify.global sellers.
• Develop and deliver features across the web application stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end technologies.
• Write quality code and use performance monitoring, automated and manual testing, and observability tools.
• Contribute to team goals by independently tackling well-scoped problems and delivering work to end users.
• Build experiments and use data-driven decision-making to support product and design decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working in a full-stack environment and owning feature development end-to-end.
• Ability to write understandable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Strong communication skills and a forward-looking approach.
• Comfort collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver impactful product features.
