Director, AI Engagements and Operations (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $195,000–$290,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility and equity grants.

What you will do

• Align AI strategy across R&D and product delivery within the Office of the Chief AI Officer.
• Engage business leadership to drive AI adoption and execution across the company.
• Set organizational goals, success targets, and strategic priorities.
• Evaluate AI trends and innovations for inclusion in the research pipeline.
• Organize research into thought leadership and create structure in complex environments.
• Drive strategic AI partner engagements and focus delivery on customer and company outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in AI and strategy; a master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Expertise in product management, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in generative AI, machine learning, and ML Ops.
• Experience building resilient and robust systems.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build consensus across large teams.
• Experience working across time zones and geographic regions.

Nice to have

• Experience productionizing generative AI models.
• Thought leadership blogs or published papers.
• Marketing experience.
• Executive communications experience.
