Director, AI Operations

Location: Virtual, with the compensation structure covering the United States and multiple US state markets. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.

Salary: $105,937.57–$248,291.18 USD national pay range, with location-specific US ranges.

What you will do

• Lead the AI strategy, governance, prioritization, roadmap, and execution portfolio for Operations & Service Delivery.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases, investments, implementation plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive AI-enabled workflow transformation, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, reporting, and governance to track workflow health, adoption, and business impact.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI Strategy teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead AI enablement, responsible adoption, organizational change, and the development of a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, process improvement, operational transformation, business strategy, product operations, automation, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience leading strategic portfolios, roadmaps, and large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and balance innovation, operational rigor, risk, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI, data, and analytics-driven initiatives.
• Experience establishing performance metrics, dashboards, governance, and measurement practices.
• Experience developing high-performing teams, coaching leaders and contributors, and fostering accountability, inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning.
