Agentic Workflows Analyst (AI)

Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Evaluate business use cases and process bottlenecks to identify feasible agentic workflow solutions.
• Translate approved requirements into functional specifications, prompt engineering guidelines, and logic flows.
• Design, architect, and manage agent-based workflows covering data ingestion, program setup, and reporting.
• Partner with technical teams to integrate autonomous agents with internal business systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, commercial, and client-facing stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities.
• Maintain workflow documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical implementation guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business or technical analysis, data-driven solutions, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience designing, managing, or auditing automated, agentic, or LLM-based workflows.
• Ability to define logic flows, manage exceptions, and troubleshoot workflow or campaign issues using data.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, commercial, and client-facing teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with backend data infrastructure or ad management systems such as Vertica or DFP.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
