Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete (Remote) (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote. US citizenship or a Green Card is required.

Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility and equity grants.

What you will do

• Assess customers' Falcon environments against Falcon Complete standards.
• Recommend security improvements and remediation for CrowdStrike product components.
• Contact customers about identified misalignments and guide them toward secure outcomes.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues according to procedures and SLAs.
• Prepare service reports and statistics for customers.
• Coordinate with internal and support teams to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Customer empathy and strong verbal and written customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from SANS, ISC2, or an equivalent organization; US citizenship or Green Card status is required.

Nice to have

• Incident management, CSIRT operations, change management, and malicious-code detection and response.
• Experience with SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR, intrusion detection, and response.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Security advisor or consultant experience and work with complex clients.
• Proven use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
