Senior AI Solution Architect (AI)

Annual salary: $170,500–$315,490 USD

What you will do

• Design and optimize Gaudi and GPU accelerator systems for production machine learning workloads.
• Lead platform bring-up, validation, and integration for next-generation AI hardware.
• Debug PCIe, memory subsystem, interconnect, firmware, and software issues across AI clusters.
• Develop automated testing frameworks, monitoring solutions, diagnostic tools, and system health APIs.
• Collaborate with OEM vendors and hardware, firmware, and software teams on BMC integration and platform readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and data center technicians while leading technical decisions and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, master’s degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system engineering, platform validation, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience bringing up and debugging high-performance AI clusters.
• 3+ years of experience resolving complex system-level issues in production AI/ML environments.
• 3+ years of experience designing, validating, and deploying AI clusters in production.
• On-site work in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Intel Xeon or Gaudi platforms, GPUs, or other AI accelerators.
• Expert-level Python and familiarity with vLLM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenMPI.
• Linux/Unix administration, Docker, shell scripting, Redfish, IPMI, and BMC management.
• Knowledge of PCIe, memory subsystems, computer architecture, platform security, and AI/ML workload optimization.
