Senior Product Manager, Enterprise & Deployments (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, authentication, authorization, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Improve enterprise security capabilities including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, PrivateLink, and administrative controls.
• Lead the multi-quarter migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments, including account domain and subdomain changes.
• Define requirements for expansion into new regions and cloud providers, including data residency, regional isolation, and provider parity.
• Improve login, sign-up, account discovery, invitations, user and group management, and enterprise-scale provisioning.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, and field teams on enterprise reviews, telemetry, and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including work on identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience shipping authentication and authorization capabilities such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, and identity provider integrations.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models, tenancy isolation, regional expansion, and migration between deployment models.
• Strong technical foundation for architectural reasoning and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Experience working with enterprise security and platform teams and translating customer feedback into product priorities.
• Excellent written communication and comfort working asynchronously on a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience at an identity provider or hyperscaler, such as Okta, Auth0, Entra, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with PrivateLink, VPC peering, or customer-managed network isolation.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, or data residency requirements.
• Experience migrating large customer bases between deployment or tenancy models.
• Experience with telemetry, observability, dbt, analytics engineering, or modern data warehouses.
