AI Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable AI-powered architectures aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
• Translate ambiguous customer challenges into technical requirements, proof-of-concept prototypes, and MVPs.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders and support business development by communicating the value of AI solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver maintainable and sustainable AI systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques, and document architectural standards and best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members while building internal AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, including successful delivery of customer-facing solutions.
• At least 2 years of technical leadership or mentorship experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, data systems, and system integration.
• Experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs involving performance, scalability, cost, and cloud versus on-premises deployment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, iterative product development, and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and other modern AI frameworks and LLMs.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional leadership teams.
• Exposure to MLOps, AIOps, or responsible AI frameworks.
• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%.
