Enterprise Applications Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Design and deploy integrations between Salesforce and credit, data, entity management, and onboarding platforms using Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
• Define API connections, integration patterns, data transformations, authentication, error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Act as the technical product owner for enterprise application initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Create architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, user guides, test plans, and UAT documentation.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, process automation, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Establish data governance standards and improve data quality through validation, cleansing, master data management, and exception handling.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management with a strong systems and integration focus.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations with Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge, including data and security models, Flow, Process Builder, custom objects, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, API keys, rate limiting, and error handling.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, transformation, and mapping.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments with complex revenue operations and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Workato or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, ELT/ETL patterns, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with credit underwriting, entity management, or financial services applications.
• Familiarity with Agile product management tools, Python or JavaScript scripting, and API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
• Previous experience in technical product management or business systems analysis.
