Salary: $46,345–$83,700 annual national range; expected starting range of $46,345–$67,500

What you will do

• Perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for facility systems and support equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Support carpentry, masonry, painting, plastering, housekeeping, landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance.
• Test and inspect life-safety systems, including sprinklers, fire pumps, emergency generators, and related equipment.
• Respond to customer service requests, emergency calls, hot and cold calls, and odor complaints.
• Follow federal, state, and local safety and environmental laws and work with supervisors and managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC mechanical and life-safety systems, installation, maintenance, repair, and operation practices.
• Ability to install, maintain, repair, operate, troubleshoot, and test moderately complex HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics and use mechanical test equipment.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required; ability to work rotating or non-standard shifts, outdoors, at heights, and lift or move heavy objects.
