Maintenance Technician

Location: WI - Brillion, United States; onsite, 1st shift Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–1:30 PM.

Salary: $22.00 per hour starting rate, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Install, inspect, repair, lubricate, and maintain manufacturing machinery, equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler-control, and facility-related issues.
• Conduct welding and light metal fabrication, floor patching, and repairs to roofs, doors, forklifts, floor scrubbers, generators, and other equipment.
• Use power tools, hand tools, multimeters, diagnostic equipment, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial, facilities, or maintenance technician experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Basic welding and metal fabrication skills, plus experience repairing building and facility systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks, work independently and with a team, and maintain a strong safety focus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Technical certification in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical maintenance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of boiler systems and HVAC controls.
