Location: Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, BC, Canada; work in research offices, remotely as operationally appropriate, and in community settings
Salary: $29.82–$35.16 CAD per hour

What you will do
- Support delivery of the Agenda Gap youth mental health program in French with site partners and program facilitators.
- Facilitate French-language workshops, research events, intake interviews, post-intervention interviews, and evaluation surveys.
- Train and provide technical guidance to French-speaking youth collaborators and community-based facilitators.
- Analyze pre-post intervention survey data and qualitative interview data to assess program impacts and refine delivery.
- Coordinate participant recruitment, communications, logistics, and research event delivery in accordance with approved protocols.
- Prepare reports, presentations, publications, community partner materials, and funder reports with the research team.
Requirements
- Relevant technical program or university degree, plus at least three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to coordinate or translate between French- and English-speaking staff.
- Experience conducting research activities, interviews, surveys, data review, or data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, organize assigned work, and manage a flexible part-time schedule.
- Strong oral and written communication, computer, and word-processing skills.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and respect for diverse perspectives.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working in research or health-oriented teams.
- Experience with youth health promotion, health policy, or health research.
