What you will do

  • Build and maintain a scalable operating system for the research function.
  • Design structures, standards, processes, and feedback loops for autonomous research teams.
  • Define how ideas are generated, tasks are selected, experiments are designed, and results are evaluated.
  • Manage research priorities and determine when teams or research units should be added or removed.
  • Align research directions with company goals and translate successful findings into measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in quantitative research.
  • Strong managerial discipline and leadership capability.
  • Experience with organizational design and scalable operating models.
  • Ability to design experiments, evaluate results, and establish research standards.
  • Ability to lead autonomous teams while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
