Software Development Eng - Full Stack (AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; U.S. Person status required

Salary: $86,000–$115,000–$126,500 annually in Colorado, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native full-stack applications.
• Build applications and secure APIs using Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python/FastAPI.
• Build and operate AWS applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Own features end-to-end, from engineering specifications through production deployment.
• Apply AI across implementation, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating generated outputs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native software applications.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python/FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, modern software design, Agile development, and engineering best practices.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, GCP, or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Spec-Driven Development, or specification-first engineering.
• Experience creating AI agents, engineering automations, or AI-enabled developer workflows.
