Fullstack Software Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Hayward, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $206,000–$252,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build and operate production software supporting manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, procurement, and business operations.
• Develop ERP/MRP functionality for planning, execution, traceability, and operational visibility.
• Build scalable APIs, services, and data models connecting engineering, manufacturing, and business workflows.
• Improve performance, reliability, observability, and deployment automation across business-critical applications.
• Work directly with operations teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and deliver measurable software improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, modern JavaScript frameworks, and React.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience deploying, operating, and supporting production software, including cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, reliability, and production support.
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational challenges into maintainable software and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, production operations, ERP, MRP, MES, or PLM systems.
• Experience building internal tools for operations or business teams.
• Strong unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices, including Cypress or React Testing Library.
• Experience designing infrastructure, deployment pipelines, or DevOps tooling.
