Strategic Operations Lead (PM Profile)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional CloudOps infrastructure, tooling, hardware, and strategic operational projects from planning through completion.
• Develop task-level project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign follow-up actions, and drive commitments through completion.
• Establish project governance, meeting cadences, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Produce project dashboards, status reports, portfolio updates, and executive-ready reporting.
• Develop repeatable processes and documentation standards that improve planning, execution, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in operations, infrastructure, data center environments, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar planning tools.
