Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead client-facing IT integration projects from kickoff through deployment.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation and contingency actions.
• Manage project financials, scope changes, tradeoffs, and contractual alignment.
• Lead stakeholder forums and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and accountability across clients, Client Services, Product, and Technology.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior project managers, conduct project reviews, and improve PMO methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of customer-facing project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, and shared resources.
• Experience managing projects at a software development company and working with systems integration.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban, as well as the software development life cycle.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and experience with Jira, Workfront, Microsoft Project, or project and portfolio management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
