Senior Project Manager - Clayton NC

What you will do

• Define project strategy and execution frameworks from design through construction and handover.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams by setting direction, responsibilities, priorities, and resource needs.
• Manage relationships with customers, contractors, project teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, customer value, and project performance.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to be based in Clayton and work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing mid-to-large-scale design projects with total installed costs of $20M–$300M.
• Strong familiarity with GMP, project lifecycle methodologies, and design documentation standards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
