Project Associate-TELS (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer bid activities, define project scope with technical experts, prepare quotes, and deliver bid proposals on time.
• Work with consultants, specialists, service providers, suppliers, and internal teams to validate pricing, scope, equipment recommendations, and delivery plans.
• Procure equipment, place and track orders, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support on-time project execution.
• Manage project fulfillment by tracking milestones, coordinating service providers, communicating updates and change orders, and resolving issues proactively.
• Provide customers with project closeout documentation, warranty information, and startup materials.
• Support process improvement, strengthen the service provider network, and train and mentor new Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of project fulfillment-related experience.
• Strong customer focus and customer service experience.
• Systems thinking, problem solving, sound judgment, and the ability to assess risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and willingness to use technology and AI to improve learning and work systems.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of long-term care and senior living products and equipment.
• Additional customer service experience.
