Senior Staff Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, AI-powered systems across multiple platforms and product lines.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to establish and drive strategic technical direction.
• Guide engineering best practices for consistent design, security, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including LLMs, autonomous systems, and next-generation development tools.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers through coaching and architectural leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve engineering velocity and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading architectural decisions across multiple teams or platforms.
• Experience designing and scaling AI-enhanced systems in a cloud-native environment.
• Deep knowledge of system architecture, performance tuning, and distributed computing.
• Demonstrated success mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across functions.
