TL;DR
Analyst Process Improvement HRSS (Healthcare Operations): Analyzing HR service processes, operational data, and system workflows to improve efficiency, user experience, and patient-facing outcomes with an accent on process mapping, reporting, training workflows, and change implementation. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, designing measurable improvements, coordinating pilots, and embedding optimized processes into training and system rollouts.
Location: Remote role associated with Livonia, Michigan, United States

What you will do
- Research, collect, analyze, and report operational and program data for leadership decision-making.
- Map current and future-state business processes using flowcharts and process documentation.
- Identify workflow, training, and system-adoption inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Support system upgrades, rollouts, pilot programs, and the integration of optimized processes into training materials.
- Define and monitor KPIs covering adoption, training completion, user satisfaction, efficiency, ROI, and business impact.
- Collaborate with IT, training, communications, stakeholders, and department leaders to standardize workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in process optimization, project coordination, internal communications, or change management.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports and graphical presentations, document processes, and communicate recommendations.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects, understand complex concepts, and work with multiple systems and applications.
- Ability to follow applicable laws, compliance requirements, organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and safety practices.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Business analysis and systems-thinking experience.
- Change-management knowledge, such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making.
