Sr. Analyst, Process Management

Location: Hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio, with on-site presence required at least two days per week.

Salary: $55,000–$102,000 national annual range; expected starting range $55,000–$82,000.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, configure, document, deploy, maintain, and upgrade business and system processes.
• Operate process-related tools and facilitate process events throughout the process life cycle.
• Support process redesign and re-engineering initiatives through continuous improvement.
• Evaluate workflows using benchmarks, pilots, prototypes, and modeling, and recommend improvements to performance and resource utilization.
• Develop business cases and project plans with customers and project teams for process design initiatives.
• Participate in implementing and reviewing new cross-functional processes, collaborate with vendors, and provide training to less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Typically three or more years of experience in business process design or operations.
• Experience analyzing or operating moderately complex processes and systems.
• Ability to assess redesign effects on existing processes and tools and recommend process solutions.
• Moderate decision-making skills and strong communication skills for presenting process plans, procedures, and results.
• The role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.

• UX design experience and certifications.
