Senior Supply Chain Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex analytics initiatives that improve supply chain performance and support strategic business objectives.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools for performance visibility and decision-making.
• Build and deploy GPTs and AI agents to automate supply chain workflows and accelerate analysis.
• Partner with supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and prioritize initiatives.
• Present findings, risks, and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop business cases, analytical frameworks, project roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring Supply Chain Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Advanced experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for analysis and workflow automation.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to senior leadership and leading cross-functional analytics projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification in analytics, data science, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations or the senior living industry.
