Analyst I, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote; hybrid schedule with on-site work required, including a 4x10 schedule with one weekend day

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and equity grants

What you will do

• Detect, investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents in real time across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve incident-detection processes and execute technical countermeasures.
• Prepare written and verbal findings, recommendations, and communications for customer management.
• Share incident-response expertise through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events.

Requirements

• Experience in incident handling, computer forensics, network forensics, malware analysis, incident remediation, systems administration, or secure network operations and architecture.
• Programming or scripting experience with C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, or business outcomes.
• Ability to complete technical work independently, manage projects, and contribute thought leadership in incident response.
• Must be willing to work on site on a hybrid schedule and work a 4x10 schedule that includes one weekend day.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, information security, cybersecurity, intelligence studies, or a related field; relevant experience or training may substitute for a degree.
