Requirements Analyst (Business Analysis, Sr. Analyst) (AI)

Location: Washington, DC metro area; hybrid schedule currently required

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and revise automation project documentation, approach memos, process maps, and requirements documentation.
• Collect user requirements and assess operational, business, cross-system, and cross-organization impacts.
• Review software designs for accuracy and alignment with documented requirements.
• Coordinate software changes and operational procedures between systems development, computer operations, and accounting groups.
• Support testing and the development and execution of training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in requirements development, process analysis, and/or automated financial systems analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• No security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing requirements for RPA software.
• Experience with Power Platform applications, including PowerApps, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
• Experience developing requirements for AI applications, particularly large language models.
