Manager II - Project Controls - Gas

Salary: $133,847–$194,078 per year

What you will do

• Lead project controls personnel, including schedulers, cost analysts, specialists, and third-party consultants.
• Develop, control, and analyze Critical Path Method schedules, cost forecasts, budgets, and project risk analyses.
• Manage reporting deliverables such as schedules, risk registers, dashboards, S-curves, and histograms.
• Analyze project data and provide actionable recommendations to project management teams.
• Ensure contractual project controls obligations to clients are met and support contract and change management activities.
• Support team performance evaluation, recruitment, time approval, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in construction project controls, including scheduling, project cost, or project risk analysis.
• Experience leading senior-level individual contributors.
• Previous gas power generation and/or heavy industrial experience.
