HVAC Technician

Location: Weatherford, TX, United States. This position is 100% in-office; remote work and telecommuting are not available.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, service requests, and emergency response to support tenant comfort and equipment reliability.
• Diagnose deficiencies in HVAC/R systems, controls, and building automation systems using appropriate tools.
• Operate and maintain chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, central plant equipment, and related systems.
• Maintain work orders and service records while coordinating HVAC vendors and contractors.
• Support capital projects, equipment replacements, tenant improvements, energy efficiency initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC technical training, vocational education, or trade certification preferred.
• At least five years of commercial or industrial HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
• Valid driver's license and HVAC licensing where required by applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, chillers, boilers, central plants, controls, electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and work order applications; ability to perform physical work including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
