What you will do

• Review and process withdrawals and customer-submitted documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct KYC verification by reviewing, approving, or rejecting customer documents.
• Monitor player activity, investigate potential fraud or suspicious behavior, and escalate high-risk cases.
• Respond to escalated customer inquiries involving payments, fraud, and account activity.
• Support Customer Support and internal teams with payment questions and issue resolution.
• Maintain regulatory records, identify risk and process trends, and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or operations; iGaming or fintech experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payment methods, chargebacks, and fraud detection principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and assess risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming certifications or licenses as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reporting platforms.
