Systems Management (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize customer IT infrastructure for reliable, secure, and efficient operation.
• Prepare new services and support change management processes.
• Troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely technical solutions.
• Size and optimize systems to support customer business performance.
• Collaborate with IT professionals on large-scale projects and infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, or Unix operating systems, networks, and software systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, security architecture, risk management, threat hunting, and cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and programming languages.
• Knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, infrastructure engineering, load balancing, and virtual private networks.
• Strong systematic and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, DB2, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management.
