Facilities Specialist (Data Center)

Location: Based at the Memphis, Tennessee campus; extended hours and weekends may be required.

Builds and operates a large AI training campus in Memphis, including the Colossus facility and supporting site infrastructure.

What you will do

• Support facilities managers and supervisors with project implementation and coordination.
• Prepare site and executive leadership meetings, presentations, and campus-wide reports on spend, ticketing, and other metrics.
• Maintain contracts for elevators, waste and recycling, pest control, landscaping, janitorial services, and repairs.
• Obtain competing contractor bids, conduct vendor walk-downs, and support vendor selection.
• Coordinate vendor approval, insurance verification, badging, NDAs, and safety training with purchasing and site stakeholders.
• Create RFPs/RFPOs and facilities work orders while ensuring purchase orders are accurate and free of cost overruns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of facilities vendor and contract management experience.
• Experience with facilities on a large campus, industrial site, or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to create and update RFPs/RFPOs and facilities work orders in an ERP or CMMS.
• Ability to read and understand basic floor plans, make independent judgments, and communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on site operational needs and to work in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
