Delegated Authority Operations Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Hybrid position.

What you will do

• Identify, document, and streamline recurring manual workflows using Power Automate, Visio, Excel, and related tools.
• Support program onboarding through data mapping, field-level validation rules, and canonical reference table maintenance.
• Build and maintain file delivery automation for document routing and processing.
• Support bordereaux ingestion, including file validation, exception triage, issue tracking, and QA result monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering on access requests, technical specifications, pipeline development, and testing.
• Produce operational analyses, reports, dashboards, procedures, and data definitions supporting SOX controls and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role with demonstrated automation output.
• Power Automate, Microsoft 365 with advanced Excel, and Visio experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze complex datasets, maintain strong attention to detail, and deliver accurate results on schedule.
• Clear professional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external business partners.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; visa sponsorship or takeover of existing sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Specialty insurance or Delegated Authority/program business experience.
• Power BI experience, including reports, dashboards, DAX measures, or data model design.
• Basic to intermediate T-SQL and Spark SQL querying skills.
• SharePoint/OneDrive familiarity and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, process optimization, or SOX-compliant operations.
