Salary: $46,345-$83,700 gross annual; expected starting range: $46,345-$67,500

What you will do

• Complete apartment and facility work orders according to priority and prepare units between tenant occupancies.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, plastering, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect utility, equipment, water, and life safety systems.
• Support landscape, grounds, irrigation, snow removal, and exterior structural maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors, schedule work, and inspect repair quality.
• Respond to customer service requests, emergency calls, and HVAC issues including hot, cold, and odor complaints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related work experience.
• Ability to install, maintain, repair, operate, troubleshoot, and test moderately complex HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics and use mechanical test equipment.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to work overtime, on-call rotations approximately every 13 weeks, non-standard or rotating shifts, outdoors, at heights, and with frequent lifting of over 50 pounds.
