Task Order Project Manager

Location: Fully remote from the contractor’s approved place of performance within the United States, with periodic support potentially required at DLA Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio, or other approved DLA locations.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contractor interface for technical, staffing, schedule, quality, and contract execution matters.
• Manage and supervise a 24-person technical workforce supporting ServiceNow, infrastructure applications, cybersecurity, SecureView, technical projects, and cloud services.
• Develop and execute kickoff materials, project plans, transition plans, quality control plans, and contract deliverables.
• Monitor service levels, ticket timeliness, deliverable quality, contractual acceptance standards, risks, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Prepare executive briefings, monthly status reports, DoD 8570/8140 reports, CAC reports, GFE reports, and personnel accountability documentation.
• Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities, knowledge transfer, access management, equipment return, and uninterrupted handoff.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of related experience.
• At least five years of relevant project management experience and five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in information technology or consulting.
• Active PMP certification or an equivalent nationally recognized project management certification, plus experience managing complex IT service delivery, government stakeholders, reporting, quality, risks, staffing, and deliverables.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and on-premises or cloud-based infrastructure environments.
