Quality Assurance Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Avon, Indiana, United States; onsite, second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST

What you will do

• Identify non-conformities, qualify parts, and maintain warehouse quality and safety standards.
• Process part returns and support dealers by ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Audit warehouse processes, explain errors, and coordinate expectations with management.
• Safely operate forklifts and other machinery, including changing batteries and propane tanks.
• Make decisions on allowable deviations and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Support changing departmental needs while meeting productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong teamwork, written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to use RF devices, tablets, computers, measuring devices, and related tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to qualify parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive movements, work at heights up to 30 feet, and rotate through multiple work areas.

Nice to have

• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach, and order-selector equipment.
• Valid forklift operator’s license.
