Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Nurture (Fintech)

Location: US - Los Angeles, CA; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $121,100-$193,800 USD per year, plus potential bonus and equity

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and manage marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Recommend actions and strategies that support marketing objectives.
• Schedule and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
• Analyze economic considerations and estimate project costs.
• Conduct and manage market research programs using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams and senior stakeholders to turn research and data into strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in marketing, consulting, market research, insights, marketing analytics, business analytics, corporate, or agency environments.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing primary quantitative and qualitative market research data.
• Experience presenting complex analyses in an accessible format for senior management and clients.
• Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple projects in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Experience with payments or financial institutions and senior-level stakeholder management is preferred.
