Junior Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, USA

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee project execution, track progress, and review process modification decisions.
• Develop project plans for short-term and temporary initiatives.
• Prepare management status reports for the Contracting Officer’s Representative and program leadership.
• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate contractor staffing, security issues, and access to controlled facilities.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and respond to system failures, substandard conditions, and safety hazards within required timelines.

Requirements

• Knowledge of process mapping, process reengineering, workflow analysis, and process analysis or design within IT organizations.
• Technical qualifications in administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and engineering procedures.
• Technical proficiency with configuration, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for OSP, NIPRNET, SIPRNET systems and devices, and telephone services.
• Must serve as the on-site project representative at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
• Available part-time during contract phase-in and full-time by the contract start date.
• Available within 30 minutes during normal duty hours and within two hours after notification outside normal duty hours.
