TL;DR
Product Designer (Live Sports Tracking): Designing real-time Daily Fantasy Sports experiences covering play-by-play feeds, cashout, and settled entries with an accent on visual craft, interaction design, motion, and pixel-level execution. Focus on building high-fidelity prototypes and AI-assisted interfaces, simplifying complex live systems, and delivering consistent experiences across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Social Design.
Location: Must be based in Atlanta or New York, United States
Company
is a Daily Fantasy Sports platform covering major sports leagues and esports, including the NFL, NBA, League of Legends, and Counter-Strike.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for the Live Tracking domain, from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Design and refine real-time experiences including play-by-play feeds, cashout, and entry settlement flows.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and execute interfaces with pixel-level attention to transitions, timing, and micro-interactions.
- Use AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to launch new live surfaces.
- Contribute to design systems, critique, and craft standards across the product area.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Social Design to align business goals with member experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
- Strong visual design skills in typography, layout, and color theory, with a pixel-perfect mindset.
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into design visions and phased execution plans.
- Experience using research, analytics, and customer insights to understand user behavior, usability, and accessibility.
- Foundational understanding of frontend technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design approach.
- Experience in gaming, Daily Fantasy Sports, prediction markets, or social product design.
- Genuine interest in sports and Daily Fantasy or prediction markets.
