What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across the hirify.global platform.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive, and well-documented solutions.
• Create AI-assisted experiences to help users create, decide, and act more effectively.
• Prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional design workflows.
• Apply and contribute to the evolution of the company's design systems.
• Conduct customer research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience working with and applying design systems consistently across a product.
• AI fluency: active use of tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar to accelerate workflows.
• Prototyping mindset with the ability to move quickly from concept to iteration.
• Collaborative approach to partnering with product and engineering teams.
• Experience conducting usability testing and customer conversations.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex or data-rich products.
• Familiarity with marketing, messaging, or growth platforms.
