What you will do
- Design end-to-end product experiences across the platform.
- Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive, and well-documented solutions.
- Create AI-assisted experiences to help users create, decide, and act more effectively.
- Prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional design workflows.
- Apply and contribute to the evolution of the company's design systems.
- Conduct customer research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, interaction design, and usability.
- Experience working with and applying design systems consistently across a product.
- AI fluency: active use of tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar to accelerate workflows.
- Prototyping mindset with the ability to move quickly from concept to iteration.
- Collaborative approach to partnering with product and engineering teams.
- Experience conducting usability testing and customer conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience with complex or data-rich products.
- Familiarity with marketing, messaging, or growth platforms.
