Senior IT Support Engineer (Google Workspace/Okta): Owning workplace systems, endpoint infrastructure, employee support, and office networks in an EV charging software environment with an accent on cloud-first IT operations, security hygiene, and automated workflows. Focus on administering Intune, Google Workspace, and Okta, securing mixed Mac and Windows endpoints, and solving complex workplace infrastructure and access-management challenges.

What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and deprovisioning through Okta and Google Workspace.
- Maintain and extend automated workflows using Bash, Python, PowerShell, and AI tooling.
- Manage the workplace platform, including Intune device management, hardware stock, lifecycle management, Google Workspace, and Okta.
- Protect endpoints and networks, maintain security hygiene, and support ISO 27001 activities from the IT side.
- Manage office networks, WiFi, meeting-room AV, cabling, inventory, and the bband supplier relationship.
Requirements
- Senior-level, hands-on IT experience with independent ownership of workplace systems and infrastructure.
- Experience with a modern MDM such as Intune, Google Workspace administration, and an identity provider such as Okta.
- Solid networking fundamentals across WiFi, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Experience with endpoint protection tooling such as SentinelOne.
- Ability to automate recurring processes with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or AI tools.
- Comfort with the on-site nature of the role in Amsterdam. Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and thorough documentation skills are also required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ISO 27001.
- Experience with Ubiquiti or Meraki equipment.
- Meeting-room AV experience.
- Home lab, NAS, or home automation experience.
