IT Support Specialist

Location: Onsite at the Amsterdam office, Netherlands

INDG builds CGI, 3D, automation, and enterprise content production systems for global brands; Grip is an enterprise content orchestration platform connecting AI workflows with visual production.

What you will do

• Resolve first- and second-line support issues for onsite and remote employees, freelancers, and third-party partners.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Entra ID, user accounts, groups, mailboxes, access rights, and endpoints.
• Set up, configure, repair, maintain, and track laptops, production workstations, peripherals, and supporting hardware.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, access, licenses, and asset records.
• Support Adobe, Autodesk, shared storage, license managers, render workstations, and creative production environments.
• Improve documentation, runbooks, asset and license tracking, IT purchasing, endpoint management, security hygiene, and recurring-issue automation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or workplace technology.
• Solid administration experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing fundamentals, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Confident support of Windows and macOS, with basic Linux command-line experience.
• Ability to diagnose PC workstations, laptops, peripherals, and server hardware issues.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is useful but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with dedicated or shared storage platforms, Adobe and Autodesk environments, or creative software licensing.
• Background in CG or video production workflows, SaaS platforms, render infrastructure, or hybrid office and cloud environments.
