IT Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Amsterdam, Netherlands

INDG builds CGI, 3D, and visual production systems for global brands, while Grip provides an enterprise content orchestration platform connecting AI workflows with production-grade visual output.

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for on-site and remote employees, freelancers, and third-party partners.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Entra ID, user accounts, groups, mailboxes, access rights, and endpoints.
• Set up, configure, repair, maintain, and track laptops, production workstations, peripherals, and other hardware through the full asset lifecycle.
• Support CGI, 3D, video, and audio production environments, including Adobe, Autodesk, shared storage, licence managers, render workstations, and local infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks, manage IT purchasing, track licences and assets, and improve recurring support issues through automation and standardisation.
• Work with the IT Managers in the Netherlands and Romania to support hybrid on-premise and cloud-based operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or workplace technology.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Confident support of Windows and macOS, with basic Linux and command-line skills.
• Ability to diagnose PC workstations, laptops, peripherals, and server hardware issues.
• Fluent English is required. Dutch is useful but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with dedicated or shared storage platforms, Adobe and Autodesk environments, and creative software licensing.
• Knowledge of CG or video production workflows, SaaS platforms, render infrastructure, or hybrid office and cloud environments.
