Senior Manager, DC Development (AMERS) (AI Data Centers)

Location: US; willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs

Salary: $130,000–$230,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission

What you will do

• Manage AI data center development projects from site control through due diligence, entitlements, permitting, design coordination, and Final Investment Decision.
• Build and maintain development plans, budgets, schedules, and total development cost forecasts.
• Coordinate Energy and Power, Design, Preconstruction, Finance, Sales, Legal, and external consultants.
• Manage title, survey, geotechnical, environmental, zoning, and utility studies while identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Support land acquisition, site-control transactions, utility interconnection, and self-generation power procurement.
• Represent projects with landowners, utilities, local authorities, partners, and jurisdictional stakeholders; mentor associates and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data center, real estate, or infrastructure development, with a record of advancing complex projects toward construction.
• Hands-on experience with site control, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and design coordination.
• Experience managing development budgets and schedules and contributing to Final Investment Decision or capital approval packages.
• Working knowledge of power, utility interconnection, and data center deliverability.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and external partners; proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
