Director of Product (Features) - Star Trek Fleet Command

What you will do

• Lead long-term strategic planning and business performance for the Features function of Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Own the product roadmap and guide game designers, UX designers, artists, and other cross-functional partners.
• Formulate product strategy, design engaging game mechanics and core game loops, and manage feature development from concept through launch and optimization.
• Lead engagement and monetization for major feature releases while coordinating high-impact launches against KPI targets.
• Use quantitative analysis, player feedback, competitive research, and game data to identify opportunities, risks, and product improvements.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and operational staff, while establishing documentation, retrospectives, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with free-to-play games and live game revenue or metric targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of game design concepts, game economies, and core game loops.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• MBA or degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance.
