Systems Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia; presence in the Bogotá office is required when hardware, network, or vendor work demands it.

What you will do

• Manage macOS and Windows device fleets, including enrollment, builds, updates, compliance, patching, endpoint security, and device troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset inventory records and prepare reports for quarterly audits.
• Execute access audits by reconciling users and devices across systems, HR records, and asset inventories.
• Coordinate device onboarding and offboarding in Colombia and the Americas, including purchasing, shipping, enrollment, locking, wiping, and inventory updates.
• Maintain Bogotá office infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki networking, UPS systems, access control, cameras, printers, ISPs, and local vendors.
• Support Okta and Google Workspace administration, security alerts, documentation, and small automation scripts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or a junior systems role.
• Hands-on macOS and Windows administration experience; exposure to MDM or RMM tools such as Iru/Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or Kaseya is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration and identity providers such as Okta.
• Basic networking knowledge covering IP addressing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and DNS, plus command-line experience with Terminal or PowerShell.
• Fluent Spanish and professional working English are required.
• If a selected candidate holds an engineering or related degree requiring a professional license, the license must be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience managing company-owned devices and office infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Bash, Python, or Google Apps Script for recurring task automation.
