What you will do

• Build machine learning and optimization models for pricing and revenue management in the external freight business.
• Develop forecasting, dynamic pricing, causal inference, and artificial intelligence solutions for marketplace services.
• Design scalable products and algorithms across multiple transportation modes.
• Create experiments and prototype new learning algorithms and prediction techniques.
• Collaborate with business leaders, scientists, and engineers to integrate models into production systems.
• Present research findings to senior leadership and influence algorithm design across the product portfolio.

Requirements

• PhD, or a master's degree with relevant experience, in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience with algorithms and data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
• Experience building machine learning models for business applications.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix or Linux.
• Professional software development experience.
