Salary: $142,800–$193,200 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Build agentic AI systems and generative AI solutions for AWS services.
• Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific business applications.
• Develop reinforcement learning and automated cloud optimization solutions.
• Generate strategic insights and recommendations from very large datasets.
• Move ideas through experiments and prototypes into live production systems.
• Apply machine learning techniques including natural language processing and deep learning.

Requirements

• PhD, or a master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Experience with patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• Professional software development experience.
