Data Scientist (AI)

Location: London, UK, with hybrid working and 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop actionable customer intelligence from core data assets using advanced analytics.
• Build predictive, forecasting, optimisation, segmentation, churn, customer lifetime value, elasticity, and intelligent decisioning models.
• Develop and deploy scalable data science solutions in a cloud environment using large-scale customer and commercial data.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists, stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineers to define objectives and deliver analytical solutions.
• Build compliant and efficient solutions for managing customer treatments.
• Contribute to internal data science capabilities through innovation, knowledge sharing, and training.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in at least two advanced analytical areas, such as predictive modelling, optimisation, unsupervised learning, or NLP.
• Experience building and deploying large-scale data science solutions, preferably in B2C companies.
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries including scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and ability to write scalable SQL.
• Ability to communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK required; sponsorship is unavailable.
