Content Senior Specialist (SEO/AEO)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $109,500–$138,500 per year, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Develop and own content strategy for an assigned industry vertical based on business objectives, customer needs, and end-user insights.
• Plan, create, and deliver on-brand content across the customer journey, from awareness through consideration.
• Drive brand awareness and share of voice through strategic content programs and vertical-specific positioning.
• Optimize content for SEO and AEO so it appears in search results and AI-generated answers.
• Partner with demand generation teams to support top-of-funnel pipeline and conversion programs.
• Advise executive leadership on keynote speeches and other high-visibility speaking engagements, while measuring content performance and improving cross-team visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a content strategist, content marketer, or in a related role.
• Expertise in content strategy, analytical research, audience insights, and long-term content planning.
• Hands-on experience with SEO strategy and working knowledge of AEO, including how large language models surface content.
• Experience tracking and reporting on share of voice, search visibility, brand awareness, and other content performance metrics.
• Experience aligning content strategy with demand generation, top-of-funnel awareness, and conversion goals.
